"Weeping out loud for a sleeping world..."

All appearences are final within 30 days of the scheduled event. If the scheduled appearence is canceled within this time by anyone other than Darren Hawkins & The FRiNGE then 75 % of the honorarium is to be paid to Darren Hawkins & The FRiNGE. All of the information in the contract and the rider is to be honored to completion. The Pink copy of the contract is to be signed and returned. If we do not receive the Pink copy of the contract and deposit, then the scheduled event can not be confirmed, and it will be regarded the same as a cancellation.

Required PA:

Size and wattage of PA equipment including speakers and power amps must be adequate and compatible to the size of room:

2 to 4 individual monitor mixes.
3 to 4 microphone stands with boom arms.
appropriate sound board... {i.e., 12 to 24 channels}
3 to 4 vocal mics... {i.e., SURE SM 58}
3 to 4 floor monitors.
4 guitar stands.
qualified sound engineer.
qualified light engineer (if applicable).
all the appropriate instrument cables... {i.e., 1/4 inch (instrument) and LOz (microphone).}

World Vision:

We need to have one 6-foot long table to display our World Vision information. We also need to present a child montage video during the World Vision presentation. There needs to be at least one person designated to be responsible to watch the World Vision table. This person(s) should be available 1/2 hour to 1 hour prior to the doors opening to receive an in-service on World Vision. They also need to be available during concerts. we may be supplying our own person but this will be decided upon before signing the contract. We need at least 5 to 10 minutes during the concert to present World Vision. This will probably be just before the intermission or before the end of the concert.

Products:

We have Cassette tapes, CD's, T-Shirts, ect. We need two 6-foot long tables to display our products. There needs to be at least one person responsible to watch the product table. This person(s) should be available at least 1/2 hour to 1 hour prior to the doors opening to receive an in-service on all the products.

Honorarium:

If a love offering is to be taken, then the entire amount of the love offering is to be given to Darren Hawkins. If the honorarium amount is not met during the offering then the sponsor is responsible for the remaining amount. the agreed honorarium is to be paid in full to Darren Hawkins the night of the scheduled event & directly following the scheduled event. The honorarium is not to be mailed at a later date.

Room & Board:

The sponsor is responsible for feeding and housing the number of people stated in the contract.

Meals:

There will be an attached menu that will provide the sponsor with the appropriate meals. The number and types of meals will be stated in the contract.

Housing:

If housing is a hotel/motel, it needs to be the equivalent of a "Red Roof In", "Holiday Inn", "HoJo", "Comfort Inn", ect... we are not picky. The rooms need to be air conditioned and non-smoking. If we are staying in a home, there needs to be a place in the home where we can "get away" if needed. The home needs to be air conditioned and non-smoking.

Promotions:

The sponsor is responsible for all promotions. We will provide the sponsor with all the appropriate promotional material. There is a "Promotional Time Frame Sheet" included in this package and the sponsor is responsible to follow all the promotional time frame information that's applicable to their situation.

Travel:

The sponsor is responsible for all over the road travel, and it will be included in the amount of the honorarium. If there is Air Travel then the sponsor is responsible for the purchase of all tickets, and to have them available at the departing airport.
